Siemens introduces the new simple, spacious and secure Plug-on neutral load centers with electronic breakers. The dual-function circuit breaker combines class A 5MA GFCI and combination type AFCI, protecting against both arc faults and ground faults. This, along with the new self-test feature, makes it the first in class in electrical safety for homeowners. This Dual Function circuit breaker is the same, reliable design, without the pigtail, specifically designed for the Plug-On Neutral Load Centers.

Yes the Q120DFN is compatible with the SN2020L1125 https://dcc-data-extract.s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/new-delta/asset/Compas/daily/Compas/Wiring%20Diagram/SIE_WD_LC_SN2020L1125.pdf?103125
Yes this unit takes the dual function QFGA2 type breakers https://s3.amazonaws.com/dcc-data-extract/new-delta/asset/Compas/daily/Compas/Wiring%20Diagram/SIE_WD_LC_PN2040B-L1150C.pdf
No this P2020L1125CU does not accept the plug on neutral type dual function breaker you would need to go with our standard dual function part# Q115DF
The QF120A would be the approved replacement.
No you cannot use this type of breaker because your label on the panel door is not marked with types QAF or QPF then unfortunately the dual function CAFCI/GFCI breaker will not work. Without knowing the part# of your load center we cannot confirm which AFCI or GFCI breaker is accepted in your unit.
No this dual function breaker is for plug on neutral loadcenters if your panel designates QAF, QPF you can use the QFGA2, QFGAH2, HQFGA2 like Q120DF
Q120DFN does not have a lock out feature built into the breaker. If the breaker trips, you would move the handle to the off position and then move the handle to on position to energize the breaker.
