Siemens GFCI circuit breakers are UL Listed and CSA Certified as Class A devices. These circuit breakers offer the new Self-Test and Lockout feature as required by UL 943, enabling the GFCI to automatically and continuously test itself to ensure that it is working properly. If it is detected that the device has been compromised, the device trips itself and locks out the homeowner from resetting the device, reducing the possibility of the homeowner incorrectly assuming that the device was tripped to prevent a ground fault.

You have to contact Eaton to see if Siemens breaker is UL listed to be used in their panels.
If your label lists Murray type MP-GT/MP-HGT then yes you can use the QPF2 type breaker if not you will have to use Murray type.
Not sure which ITE panel you have but the QF120AP (comes in retail packaging) or QF120A (standard packaging) is a valid part# ~ if you ITE panel lists QPF breakers on the label then you can use this breaker.
Yes the QF115A is the current offering and can be used in place of the QF115 https://s3.amazonaws.com/dcc-data-extract/new-delta/asset/Compas/daily/Compas/Specification%20Sheet/SIE_SS_GFCI.pdf
Yes correct this unit accepts the QT tandem space saving breakers and the QPF2 type GFCI breakers
The MP-T breaker crosses to the Siemens QP style breaker Part# Q115~ if your panel lists MP-GT2 then yes you can use the Siemens QPF2 GFCI type breakers https://siemensnam.sharepoint.com/:b:/r/teams/P0010566/apps/tcs/Circuit%20Breakers/Breaker%20Substitution%20-%20Murray%20Obsolescence.pdf?csf=1&web=1&e=3f7PdZ
If your panel does not designate QAF & QPF type breakers you can not use the dual function breakers and would need to stick with the GFCI only but would need to know the panel part# to confirm.
Q120 was a non-gfci breaker and is still a valid part#. If you are needing a GFCI version single pole 20amp, QF120AP is the correct part#. Your load center label would need to indicate it will accept Siemens type QPF or QPF2 breakers.
