Q:I?m looking to purchase 6in x 36in. The description says 6in but the specs show 7in width. Should I be looking at the 5in x 36in which shows a width of 6in. Is this a typo on the site or is this sold an inch larger to be cut?

Installed them yesterday. It went smoothly. Good thing I recently bought a table saw since they were a little wider than 3 inches. But I guess that's better than being UNDER 3 inches. They look great.

Quality is not what I expected, especially at that price...
Quality is not what I expected, especially at that price point. Weak foam core, and easily dented/nicked by common household items. Not sturdy vinyl as the description states. Don’t buy - would not recommend.

We would be very interested in knowing how you used our sills. In normal use, our sills are very durable. The core is not weak, but very firm. Unless one is dropping or hitting with force with common household items, our sill are not easily dented or nicked. Sure, if someone is intent on damaging the sill, they can do so; but with normal use, the sills hold up fine.
