During the TP hoarding shortage we started looking into bidets. Although skeptical, we gave it a try. The install was surprisingly easy with a little trial and error. The only install trick is to install the baseplate but do not fully tighten the bolts. Attach the main unit to the baseplate then slide it back and forth to line it up with the front of the toilet bowl then tighten the bolts. We have it in "Eco Mode" so it is not constantly heating the seat to save electricity. It has a sensor on the seat that activates the unit when you sit down so it won't start spraying water if you touch the controls while cleaning. When you first sit down there is a small spray of water into the bowl which I assume is to clear out any cold water in the nozzle so it has warmed water when you activate the bidet. There are several settings you will have to play with to meet your own personal preference. We have found that we are not patient enough to wait for the dryer to do the job but a small amount of TP to dry off is a definite savings over a full wipe.

The Smart Bidet SB-2600 is a game changer for toilet comfort and personal hygiene. A heated seat, multiple functions to clean and dry, and several adjustments to meet any personal need. Installation is easy, remove your old seat, fit the mounting bracket, install the new seat, tighten down, and physically the seat is ready to go. Mounting bracket allows the seat to conform to several toilet types and models, although it fits best on elongated toilets. Next, remove your existing water supply line, insert the three-way adaptor (included), use the new toilet supply line (included), connect the bidet seat feed line, check for leaks, and the unit is ready to supply unlimited heated water. Plug into a 110-volt outlet to power up the unit. I was lucky that a plug was right where I needed it, but you may need to add a plug near the seat within the 3 ½ foot cord. The unit features a stainless steel, self- cleaning nozzle, and its easy on a septic system as it removes the need for most if not all your toilet paper needs. Controls are preset for auto off, and a seat sensor permits operation only when someone is in contact with the seat. Chose posterior wash, feminine wash, turbo wash, or softer child cycle wash. You can choose pressure, water temperature, seat temperature, nozzle position, and oscillation. Air drying is an option and you can control the temperature of the air. When finished, you are clean and dry. It has an eco-mode which keeps the seat only slightly warm until the sensor is engaged, or a heated mode which always keeps the seat toasty. An easy to use unit with side mounted controls. White, one-year warranty. Once you try it, get used to the way it operates, chose the settings best for your needs – you will never want to use another toilet seat. Both the seat and the lid are soft closing. This bidet seat is a full featured model that appears to have all the bells and whistles. This is the first bidet seat I've owned, and since I don't yet know which features I'll want, I figured a model with all the features would be the easiest option. A few friends have raved about their bidet seats and think they are the fantastic, so I am finally getting around to having one. The main reason that I haven't tried a bidet seat before is the lack of power outlets near the toilets in my bathrooms, and most of the electronic bidet seats require an AC outlet. I'm currently remodeling my master bath, so I had my contractor install an outlet on the wall next to the toilet so that I can finally use an electronic bidet. If I like this one, I may have an outlet installed in my downstairs bathroom so that I install a bidet seat there as well. The bidet seat attaches to most toilets, replacing the standard seat and lid. Note that the bidet does seem to need some extra space near the toilet seat mounting area, so if you have a single-piece toilet (without a separate tank), I would recommend verifying that you have clearance behind the toilet seat. The SmartBidet.net web site has instructions for measuring your toilet before you purchase, so I would recommend reviewing those measurement instructions. The bidet comes with all of the hardware and hoses and fittings to attach the seat and connect to the toilet water lines. The water line connects into the left side of the seat (as you are facing the toilet), and the power cord connects to the right side of the seat. The seat comes with 2 or 3 different water connection options to work with different toilet water supplies, and installation looks very straightforward. One feature that seemed important to me was the "unlimited & on-demand" heated water, while my wife will likely appreciate the heated seat. The seat apparently has a "skin sensor", which detects when you sit on the seat. The "Adjustable Heated Dryer" feature also looks interesting. One other reason I chose this model was for the integrated control panel. I did not want to have a separate remote control to operate the seat. The bidet seat has a 1 year warranty and is made in Korea. My bathroom remodel is going to take a few more weeks to be completed, but I'm looking forward to trying the bidet seat in my new bathroom!

This bidet I recommend for people who want to cut down the cost of toilet paper and wants a cleaner way to clean themselves after using the toilet. This product is especially good for the female whom I am guessing it was designed for but males will benefit from it also. With these times and toilet paper is hard to find and costly this makes a great alternative and less costly.

I really like this Smart Electric Bidet SB-2600, one of my favorite features of the bidet is the heated seat, it is very comfortable. The dryer feature is also a plus, it reduces toilet paper usage , some of the options include , posterior, feminine, turbo, oscillate. This bidet is very easy to use , the control panel is attached to the bidet, The assembly time is approximately 35 minutes.

The SmartBidet SB-2600 seems like it has plenty of great features, such as unlimited and on-demand heated water and a heated seat. Its water and dryer are adjustable. It also has an easy Touch attached control panel. Through its stainless steel, self-cleansing nozzle, each wash infuses pockets of air bubbles, which results in power behind the wash. It even has a Child button and a soft closing lid. It claims to have do it yourself easy installation, but all of its parts look quite overwhelming for me to tackle the installation. Also, we will need to have an electrician install a GFCI outlet near the toilet so that the SmartBidet SB-2600 can be plugged in.

This is a top-notch product. Easy to install, what's left is using it. In our master bath, we have our plug to the right of our vanity. For now, we have to run a heavy duty extension cord down and under the vanity to reach the cord until we can install an outlet near the fixture. What I like: the seat fits nicely, stays in place, and looks nice. While I prefer the control panel pad to be a hand-held remote, where it is with its layout is not so bad. It can be used with some ease. Water and seat temperatures are adjustable, and there are different pulsating hygienic sprays to choose from. Which ones to use are a matter of discovery and personal preference. There is a drying fan. What I like even more: we have a septic system with four adults in the house. These seats help cut down the use of toilet paper, a must when a septic is in use. This product is also much more hygienic. It does take some getting used to but that is because this is an up and coming concept. My bottom line: I don't know why anyone would do without this product. It is reasonably priced, has a good warranty, fits and looks nice, and is a step up from "just the same old-same old". I recommend it. Be sure you visualize your electric. This product does require a plug in so try to plan, visualize its installation. Most likely, an outlet is needed near the fixture but this is more than worth it based on what the product does and what it delivers. Don't do without. Don't deny yourself a better experience.

This is a multi function, comfortable and practical bidet seat. The system has a number of functions and options. Different types of washes allow setting of nozzle position and temperature selection. It makes is easy to direct the spray as needed. The system provides unlimited and on-demand heated water. There is a few seconds delay between function selection and the spraying action; the stainless steel, self-cleaning nozzle is pre-washed first. The nozzle adjusts to five positions. Control panel is very easy to use, with clean and simple options. It is attached on the right hand side. Each wash is infused with air bubbles that increase power behind the wash. Drying is pleasant but it takes a few minutes to complete. The whole process takes some getting used to and take some extra time but leaves very clean feeling. The seat is heated as well. The system also has child setting. Both seat and lid are soft closing. The plastic seems to be not very strong, it remains to be seen how durable it will be. It should fit most elongated toilests. Installation is very straightforward but pay attention to the space behind the toilet. In a tight bathroom with full-bodied toilet, it is very difficult to reach behind the toilet. All necessary components are included. Wrapping all connections at least 4-5 times with pipe tape is essential to stop leaks. It remains to be seen how much extra water and electricity the system uses.
