Does this seat have a night light

Yes, it should be compatible with skirted style toilets. You just need to find a way to tighten the bolt conventional way.
What is the water pressure like? Can it be increased if it’s weak from the source ?

It does not have a child lock option, but it is skin sensitive.

Does this have a water reservoir or more like on demand, warmed as it passes through?
Yes, it has a water reservoir that's heated. If you use it up, then it'll be the cold water out of the main line. But I haven't had it run out during normal use.
It has a water reservoir. There's a heater setting to warm up the water that is stored inside the reservoir.
It’s more on demand. It will cool down near the end of the cycle but it heats up so quickly that if you wait for just 10-20 seconds you will have nice warm/hot water. I was surprised at how quickly it heats.
Can the seat stay permanently heated?
Yes, it’s on all the time. Love it!
