Unfortunately, we are aware of the difficulties involved in retaining cylinder exchanges in Hawaii. We apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced. We understand your frustration of not being able to obtain CO2 exchanges at your local store. Unfortunately, SodaStream does not have the ability to maintain retailer inventory levels as our retailers select and manage their own inventory. We appreciate your letting us know about this low inventory area, and will reach out to our sales team to advise them of the demand for the product in your area.
