You hold the power. Spectracide Weed Stop For Lawns Concentrate controls more than 200 types of weeds as listed – and it won’t harm your lawn when used as directed. This concentrated formula kills down to the root, with overnight results. It controls all major broadleaf weeds, including dandelion, chickweed and clover (see product label for complete list). This product is rainfast in 6 hours, so it won’t wash off. Mix with water and apply with a garden sprayer (sold separately) at the rates directed on the label. For best results, mow before treating weeds with Spectracide Weed Stop For Lawns Concentrate. Spray in spring when weeds are small and growing, or in fall when many problem weeds germinate – treating in fall will eliminate many of next year’s weeds. If certain tough weeds are not dead within 3 weeks, repeat spot treatment. Read the entire label before using.

It did not kill one weed!!!! I followed the directions and measured exactly! I sprayed heavy to make sure the established weeds were killed and it did nothing. In fact I have viverent green weeds. The lawn was cut to the dirt and they grew back better than before!!!! Do not waste your time or money on this product!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How do I get my money back and the time invested in this failed product?

Be mindful of the asterisk in "Kills weeds, not lawns*", this product annihilated the weeds, but took my grass down with it. I followed the instructions to a tee, even diluting more than recommended, and it still destroyed everything it came in contact with. It didn't come as any surprise though, as the solution looked like pure motor oil. Thankfully, I only applied it to a small section of grass near the side of my house. I couldn't imagine the level of anger/frustration of someone who sprays this over their entire yard without testing first. I've always been weary of these sort of products that magically isolate the weeds and have no harmful effect on the surrounding grass. Perhaps it would have been less damaging on another type of grass in another climate, but for southern (central Texas) grass like mine, it was total devastation.

It kills the GRASS and weeds even when used at the lowest dosage. Not good for Florida Grasses and it ruined my lawn. Look at the pictures and of-course Spectracide or HD is going to replace all the dead grass, NOT !
