I have installed this and have about 6 unused slots at the bottom. Without filling the remaining slots with breakers, what is the best way to install a protective barrier so the live busses are protected and not exposed when the cover is removed?
Hi Todd, The deadfront cover with the twistouts not removed is the cover for unused breaker spaces in the panel. If the twistouts were removed in error, you can use the breaker filler plates part number HOMFPCP to fill the opening in the cover. Warm Regards, Schneider Electric Customer Care.

What is the temperature rating of the main breaker?
Hi Ronald The breaker is calibrated for 40 deg. C ambient temperature. If you meant the lug temperature rating, the wire temperature rating allowed for use in the lugs is 75°C. While it is acceptable to use 90°C wire, that 90°C wire must be sized as if it is 75°C wire per the NEC table. Warm Regards, Schneider Electric Customer Care.
