The Square D Homeline 225 Amp 40-Space 80-Circuit Indoor Convertible Main Lugs Load Center with cover for Plug-on Neutral breakers is UL listed for residential and commercial power distribution. This load center is built with a plated, aluminum bus bar that is tested and listed only for Homeline circuit breakers. Can I feed this panel with 4 wire two hots one ground and one neutral 60amp feed first, then full size breakers rest of the circuits and be able to install a50amp rv breaker in it ? Also adding ground bar to panel?

Can a home line 50 amp breaker be used as a main in this device
Hello Gene. Yes either a 2-pole 50A back-fed main breaker or a 50A main breaker kit (Catalog number QOM50VH) can be used as a 50A main breaker for HOM816L125PC. As long as the main breaker will not be overloaded of the loads that would be connected. Warm regards. Schneider Electric Customer Care
Can I use 4awg copper or 2awg aluminum feeder wire from my main panel into this and does this allow for a separate main shutoff ?
