Product Details

The QO1HPL can be used with 2P and 3P QO circuit breakers to provide the ability to use a padlock to lock the breaker in either ON or OFF position. This product is Ideally used for Lock Out/Tag Out applications to ensure the safety of personnel working on the electrical system. QO1HPL is only compatible with standard Square D QO circuit breakers for 2P and 3P between 10-125A ranges.

Answer This Question

A:  Hello Butch, Your question is not clear regarding your application. The PK4MB2HA is a retaining kit for a back fed main breaker for convertible load centers 150A-225A series S01 and S02. The QO1HPLCP is a circuit breaker padlock attachment for a QO 2 or 3 pole circuit breaker. You did not mention the load center this is being used with.     Answer This Question

    A:  JP, Handle can be locked in OFF (O) or ON (I) position. If locked ON (I), attachment will not prevent circuit breaker from opening if tripped by circuit conditions. 1. Move handle to desired position. 2. From side of handle, slide center part to handle center. 3. Lower both end parts on either side of handle and install padlock. I hope this helps.
