With only have max of 19.8 amps of load the breaker shouldn’t be tripping, so either the breaker is bad or you have some faulty wiring that could be a lose connection or could be shorting intermittently.

Yes. It will fit any Square D load center with the QO configuration. Make sure you don't require AFCI protection on the circuit that you're wiring, per your local code, before you use this breaker. If you do, there's also an AFCI version available. It costs nearly three times as much, though, and Home Depot may not carry it..

The city electrical inspector was surprised and impressed I had gotten a GFCI breaker for the stove outlet. It made him really happy. It was worth the $129.00 to see how impressed he was which made me happy and I believe helped me to pass the inspection for the new 200 amp service panel from the 100 amp I am currently on.

THIS BREAKER DOES PROVIDE A LOAD NEUTRAL CONNECTION POINT
SQUARE “D” TYPE QO GFCI CIRCUIT BREAKERS UP TO 50 AMPS DO HAVE A LOAD NEUTRAL CONNECTION POINT ON THE BREAKER. THE 60 AMP VERSION IS AVAILABLE WITH OR WITHOUT A LOAD NEUTRAL CONNECTION POINT. SO IF YOUR HOT TUB REQUIRES A NEUTRAL, THIS IS THE BREAKER FOR YOU. IF YOUR TUB HAPPENS TO REQUIRE 60 AMPS, MAKE SURE YOU ORDER THE ONE WITH THE NEUTRAL CONNECTION POINT.

Quality breaker
Chose to go with QO series breakers. The 20A, 2-pole is no exception to the QO series of high quality, positive locking breakers. Secure wire fastening makes for easy installation and replacement. The trip window on the front of the breaker eliminates the need of testers to fins out which breaker is in fault mode.

Professional Quality 30A Breaker
Made the decision to use only Square D QO Series circuit breakers. Professional Quality! Robust design you can feel from the moment you pick one up. Firm "snap-in" style to the panel load bar. Large variety of amperage/voltage to fit all my needs. Securely holds the wire and allows for easy replacement with minimal effort. The trip window on the front of the breaker allows me to quickly identify a tripped breaker without need for test equipment.
