Sure. You can connect it to any high pressure pump just don't exceed the PSI rating that Toro has for this tubing.
As a minimum, you would also need a connection point and an end closure. For an ideal installation, you would also incorporate pressure regulation, backflow prevention, and filtration. Most 1/2" end caps will work just fine. Or go the cheaper route and get end clamps.
