A:  Yes, both connectors on this item are 1/2".

    A:  Yes, the item is ½” male threaded to barb. The barb is actually slightly smaller than ½” and is designed to work with Toro Funny Pipe.

      If you have funny pipe on your sprinkler system. This is what you need, Every pipe company has their own 1/2in, where a 1/2in fitting may be larger or smaller. That will split hose or fit loose in the sprinkler hose.
