How thick is the material
These walls are 1/4" thick.

No, this is too small for a bath tub. Try Model #KSE603272-31 or Store SO SKU #1003989546
This is Joe from Home Depot, Springfield VA. I spoke with a representative at Transolid, and they said this will fit oven a 60 X 30 or 60 X 32 bathtub. You will have to trim the sidewalls down to size
Is it possible to get additional tubes of the silicone sealant? If yes, where can I get it? The packaging reads that the silicone sealant is color matched to the panels.
The color matched silicone is in the color White. You can buy it at your local Home depot.
