We absolutely love our new Loft Collection Unique Loom Del Mar Maria area rug. The 10 foot by 13 foot rug was exactly what we were looking for. The brown and dark beige colors in the design gives our room are very vibrant and modern look. Having a pet, we needed something that was easy to clean and stain resistant. We definitely found the perfect rug for our living room.

If you are looking for a large area rug for your house, this is a great option. This area rug is a great value, it's not too thick but also not paper thin like some rugs I have looked at. I have pets in my house and I expect this rug will hold up well. It is easy to vacuum and the dark brown color hides everyday foot traffic very well. Nice soft fibers feel great under foot and have a nice variety of colors to fit any decor. The rug came folded up like a big burrito for shipping purposes but it flattens out quickly and lays down nicely. Be sure to measure your room and furniture because this rug is large! It is exactly what I was looking for and I have received many compliments on it in my family room.

We picked this rug for our living room because the look and size would fit perfectly; it has a nice brown color with the lighter accent band around it. This rug is soft and very comfortable to walk, sit or lay on and is supposed to be naturally stain and fade resistant and lays flat quickly, even the lines from folding went away on their own within a few days. We are happy with the rug.

Very nice looking rug. I really like that it’s not very thick so it doesn’t create a trip hazard as much as some thicker rugs may. It does feel good under the feet very soft and helps deaden sound on the hard wood floors as well. The color is such that it doesn’t show dirt or pet hair as easily as a solid black rug may, the white border is a slight concern but I feel this material type is fairly easy to clean and cleans up well. I did spray with a scotch guard just incase. This rug is large so measure first.

Unique Loom Del Mar Maria Black 10' 0 x 13' 0 Area Rug is a great addition to our family room. The Rug is not actually black it’s more charcoal with various shading as seen in the pictures. My spouse is very good in spotting good quality rugs she says it’s all in the knots. She indicates the higher the count the better quality rug. She prefers natural fiber rugs which is very expensive and will not allow anyone to walk on them. The Rug looks and feels great. Only drawback is that I now have to paint the room and my spouse wants the furnishing changed to set the room apart from others. I will update my pictures with a glamour shot after I’m finished updating the room to my spouse specifications. It would appear that the rug will be easy to clean, durable and wear better than most manufactured rugs. I would recommend this rug from this maker.

This is a large rug and will need a corresponding space for it to fit. We like it a lot. It has the right color that we wanted, and we really like the white border that goes all the way around the rug. We had a Home Depot red carpet before, and it just did not fit with the room. We wanted something that the furniture would sit inside of, somewhat like a frame. We currently do not have a pad under it and so it comes across as a bit thin. Once we get a pad, I think that will improve the overall look.

This area rug looks great under our dining room table. You should use a gripping pad under the rug but since we have a heavy table in it we don’t need a gripper pad under it. The pile is made of Polypropylene which is somewhat resistant to many stains. You can vacuum and spot clean the rug but never have it dry cleaned. Looks extremely nice and is a very well made!

Overall a nice rug for the money and size. Our biggest complaint is that it came folded in a plastic wrap and it took a few days of pulling and walking on it before the fold areas would lay reasonably flat. After a week it is almost right. Shipping it rolled would likely be a problem since it would be 10 ft long so the usual shippers wouldn't handle it. Just know it will take time to be flat. It does not have any nonskid backing so you may need to add a pad to limit the rug sliding out of place if you can't trap it under furniture to hold it in place as we did. Vacuums easily.

We got this rug to cover our newer carpet that the dogs have already formed a nice trail on. The dark color will help hide the dirt they bring in, and with any luck the white will be somewhat easy to keep clean. It feels like it is well made, and is nice and soft to the touch. it's been layed out for a few days and still showing the fold marks from shipping, but it should level out soon. It does cover a VERY large area - which we wanted - but is still bigger than I expected (I didn't measure the room). So far we (and the dogs) like it.

The Unique Loom Del Mar Maria Black 10' x 13' area rug arrived tightly rolled and enclosed in a heavy plastic wrapping. One end of the wrapping was open upon arrival, but the rug inside was clean and undamaged. After unpacking and unrolling the rug I noticed some heavy creases that had me concerned, but then I saw the care instruction sheet that was in the middle of the rug. It stated that the creases will subside with time. The rug is quite supple so it doesn't lay perfectly flat right away, but I'm sure it will over time. The short pile is very soft to the touch and quite pleasant to walk on. I didn't notice and loose fibers or "sprouts" on the rug. My vacuum didn't pick up any loose fuzz when I went over it.
There is a slight chemical odor from the rug, which I'm sure will dissipate over time. If you have raspatory problems you may want to install this rug in warm weather so you can keep windows open for ventilation.
Overall I am quite happy with this rug, it is a great addition to my home.
