AnswersThis is an indoor rug. After having the rug in a room for a few months a small section got wet and dried, but the edges of the rug are now "wavy" and it no longer lays flat. I wouldn't recommend it outside as it's clear that any moisture starts warping the rug.

This is the perfect bedroom rug. The Unique Loom Solid Shag Pure Ivory 8 ft. x 10 ft. Area Rug feels yummy on my bare feet and it fits nicely under my queen size bed. I love the look and feel of the 1.5 in. pile height and so does my family. The rug comes folded but the crease came right out with no problem. There was no curling on the ends so this rug was ready right out of the packaging. Of course, I opened it up right away and laid it out on the floor so it didn’t stay folded too long. The factory included a wonderful set of instructions and a ton of useful information about how to care for the rug. This is a nice rug and I am very pleased with it.

The Unique Loom Solid Shag area rug in Cloud Gray is a very nice, plain looking rug with a neutral gray color. It has a very thick, long pile, reminding me of an old fashioned shag carpet. It looks very coarse feeling but it pretty soft. And surprisingly, it doesn't jam up my vacuum like I thought it would, being that it has such a long pile to it. It rolled out pretty flat from the start. I had to roll the one end under the opposite way for awhile to get it to lay completely flat. If you're looking for a simple but nice looking rug, this fits the bill.

Received this Rug from The home depot and let me tell you It is super nice to walk on, lay on or just seat on. It really changed our living room and my tiny dog loves it. The gray color pops out at you and mixes with the room perfect It has brought our living room back to life. and the lights reflect off it perfectly with the gray color. The backing is also nice and it does not move once you put it in place. It gave our room a whole new atmosphere.

Ordered the 8x8 square Cloud Gray rug. Very pretty color that goes with so many things. Not too dark, not too light. Rug flattened well in few days, was rolled, not folded, as some mentioned. It is very inviting to sit on. I see no problems with it at all. Very happy.

When I first got the rug it looked great and laid flat. A small section of the rug got wet and even though it dried, it has caused the edge on both sides of the rug to buckle/warp. The edges of the rug no longer lay flat and it looks horrible. Really disappointed.

I was nervous buying a huge rug sight unseen, and I read reviews about every shag rug I considered complaining that they weren’t cushioned enough or were sparse, or hard. I can’t help but wonder if people aren’t utilizing rug pads beneath? I think a good pad makes a huge difference in your cushioning- and even professionally installed carpet needs a good pad for cushion. That said, I’m really pleased with this rug. It feels plush and soft underfoot and my kids are loving it too. My only complaint is that to ship it was folded (which did make it easier to get home) and it still isn’t laying totally flat. It was very difficult to get laid out and work the largest wrinkles out. But it did come with a slip saying this is expected and may take days or weeks to fully relax.

I was so excited when I found a runner as long as our hallway. I wasn't for sure if it was going to be thin or thick. But was completely surprised on how thick and soft it is! And the price could not be beat! There is nothing negative I could say about this runner! I did purchase a roll of the carpet tape to put on the main edge and coming out of the bedrooms and bathroom. I simply love it!! The grandkids love it! What more could I ask for.
