Keep grass wet for the first few days
I live in south Fl and have a dog. I wanted something to cover the high traffic area and the spots the dog always went pee. I had put this down in multiple spots in the yard over a weekend that it rained for 3 days. This is a picture of after one week.

Yard was decimated last year by sod worms. Just threw the seeds out there and many grew some didn't. What did grow is very nice. Grows very fast. I would suggest letting it get to about 7 inches tall before cutting as it is a thin blade. Plan to get more to fill in dead areas. I also put 2 bags of Scotts but none came up.

Super fast sprouting!
I spread these seeds down at the exit to my repaired downspouts. I covered the seeds with some dirt. I watered the seeds for a few days. On the 4th day, the grass sprouts started to show up! I now have a full patch of grass. I am extremely pleased with this grass seed!
