The dowels were exactly as described and were perfect for my purpose. I used 4 dowels and chicken wire to make a fence to keep my cats from going out onto my terrace. I couldn't find anything the exact size that I needed, so I made my own and it's working perfectly :)

No weird knots keeping these dowels from being straight and ready to use.
Not much to say beyond that, right? I used them to make separation "cubbies" in my wife's new shelving unit.
I was surprised to see the inked ends on these rods since they wouldn't be mixed in a store display for identification - the right project and that might be unwanted.
"Large" UPC stickers on each one... definitely LABELED wood dowel rods.
That's it.

The dowel was nicely finished but slightly bowed. I used it to replace the axle of a Scott's EasyGreen Seed spreader. Since I only needed about 1 foot length, it worked just fine. Price was reasonable and Home Depot in-store pickup was great.

Ordered the dowels and they came in nice and straight and clean. Great product. Thanks. I used them to make "Bundle Rods" drum sticks. I made 4 pairs for the less then the cost of 1 retail pair.

Just what I needed
These dowels work great for my 3 foot Centerpieces because they go all the way from the top to the bottom to keep the Cemterpiecefrom bending. The only downside Is that I purchased 20 and about 4 of them were straight and all the others were bent and one was broken but I found a fix which was to Hot glue the bend straight down onto the card stock and it won't bow too bad or won't be noticeable.
