This review is for the Welwick 52in. Distressed Gray Solid Wood Dining Table. This table came packaged very well as u can see from the box it came in. I have a small problem with the one I first got but the customer service was excellent. They took care of my problem in record time. The table is made out of pine so it is a little softer than other woods but each piece is a good weight! In one of the pictures I tried to show how the one side makes it look thicker than it is but that’s really not an issue for me... It’s exactly the right size for my small dining area.

The table is crafted to look like a thick piece of wood, when in actuality, it is a thin piece of wood with the sides built up to make it appear thicker. It is constructed much like a laminate countertop. For this reason, the table is extremely light and easy to move around if this is something you are looking for. The table is also a smaller size than most tables so keep that in mind. The legs are not adjustable.
The appearance of the table is good. It is a nice gray wood. It is sort of put together like a picnic table with three narrow pieces of wood braced together to make up the table.
As a result of this picnic table-like construction, the three pieces of wood do have a noticeable gap between the pieces. Where the pieces of wood meet is not flat either. If you put a plate on the gap, it will wobble back and forth.

Not as good as the pictures
Honestly just go find some pallets and sand them down you'll get a better look and finish this is laminated particle board seams don't line up and food gets caught in them it's just not a good design. Save your money
