        Good product!
        [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product 3 months ago and I like it so far. Easy to clean and operate. Although I would like it to have a Lock Screen fuction for cleaning. Downside of this product is that it takes a little bit longer to warm up. Maybe I should adjust the settings. I haven’t really used it’s internet connectivity functions but I assume they are hand. It is easy to clean and has plenty of space. Needs more YouTube videos showing how to operate via app.

          Software Buggy - Help!
          When setting to oven to Bake we get this error F8E0 which stops the oven from working. We installed it last week, bought in April 2020. Do you send us another? Is there a Software Update?

                Very difficult to work controls
                Extremely difficult to get help from anyone and how to work the controls – after many phone calls,’s texts, email, and direct contact, we were finally able to get literature on how to work the controls. Now I have made many many many attempts to get an account so I can use voice command – still not able to.

                  Not quite sure about this oven/microwave combo
                  [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was brand new in a home we purchased. The oven temperature is off--so no baking. The navigation to use the microwave and oven is cumbersome. I can't get it to connect to wi-fi, so i don't know how "smart" it is. It's cute because it's small; but I have yet to be in love with it.

                    This appliance came with our new home, and in less than 18 months the microwave has already quit working. If your builder tries to install this…SAY NO!!!

                      DO NOT BUY THIS
                      I've had this oven/microwave combo for 20 months. In that time, I've had Whirlpool repair technicians at my home 6 separate times. I'm currently waiting for YET AGAIN another service appointment for an issue that has occurred 3 times previously where the oven will not turn off and the control panel stops wokring. None of my complaints are received or taken seriously. I will never purchase whirlpool appliances again or recommend them.

                          Terrible!
                          This product came brand new in our new build home in 2020 and almost instantly started giving us issues. We had it on broil and it wouldn’t shut off- we had to turn it off at the breaker. This happened multiple times. Tonight, the microwave won’t heat anything and gives us an error message. The worst part though is that the buttons don’t work consistently. We’re frequently having to press multiple times before they work. Complete pain in the butt. Wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone
