Too small and cheap
We had to get this 24 inch wide stacked washer and dryer because of space limitations in our apartment. I presume our clothes are getting clean, but when you dry anything heavy, like jeans or pants, they come out so wrinkled because there isn’t enough room in the dryer to have them tumble dry properly. A lot of lint is still left behind even when you clean out the filter basket that comes with it and sticks to the back wall of the dryer, and it doesn’t look very safe to me. This might be fine for a single person, but there are two of us who are using this, and even though we don’t load up the washer very much, the dryer seems inadequately small.

Lint Catcher is next to useless
This is the washer dryer that came with my apartment, and the lint trap does not create a seal, allowing lint to pass through many places. Behind it is a grate, that I didn't know existed until I decided to see what was behind the lint trap. There I found about 1/2 cubic foot of lint, gum, a pen and pencil, and the key to my clothes drying in one cycle rather than having to use two. I am still in the process of cleaning this grate, and have been for over an hour. This could have been prevented had you made a lint trap that didn't just loosely sit there, and one that was useful.

Lots of value for small spaces!
My brother and I bought this washer/dryer combo for one of our rentals. It was a great purchase and a real plus for prospective renters. So far, after 2 months of use, it has performed as we expected. It was easy to install and looks great in the closet we built for it. We are very pleased with the purchase and plan to install this type of appliance in other rentals as we are able to remodel them.

HORRIBLE!!!
This washer/dryer combo is absolute trash. You can only fit MAYBE 3 days worth of clothing in the washer, it sounds like a freight train is plowing through your house while it is running, and there is no way to turn the alarm on the dryer off.

Awesome
Works better and more durable than the new fancy versions although kinda pricey. Had it for years and only problem is it gets rusted too easily but I just spray painted rustoleum and looks new again even better. Other problem was the bottom tub shocks or levelers one broke, repair guy replaced all three. Other problem when you close the washer lid the switch that clicks to activate start washer sometimes doesn't work have to play with it I'll be fixing that myself easy fix. Other than that it's lasted longer and more compact very happy with it works great powerful.

Worst appliance I've ever had
It easily gets out of balance and "walks" across the floor. Dryer has no gentle and warm cycle - you either bake your clothes, or choose air dry, which doesn't dry. I have had to call a handyman several times to shove this thing back into place.

Wrinkles Everything
I was looking for a stacking washer dryer unit of the size and this one met the qualifications for size and price. I have no complaints there. It has worked perfectly. However, I've had this for about 5 years now and every, and I mean every load of laundry I take out is wrinkled. Stuff comes out of the wash twisted up tight and then I untwist it and put it in the dryer and the wrinkles are set. I'm very disappointed and I'm currently looking for other options.

Whirlpool LTE524DQ6
This is the best Stackable washer and dryer combo. I am try to find a replacement and really having a hard time. I have had this washer and dryer combo since 2007 and I have never had any issues with it until recently it just stopped working. The parts needed to fix will cost an arm and leg so i was advised to repurchase another one. Please bring this back!

I love this washer-dryer
Simple to operate and has everything I need - delicate cycle, bulky cycle, your choice of water temp, etc. Since it’s a no-agitator washer, it’s plenty big enough wash my king quilt. And takes up so little space! I like that it’s automatic re how much water for washing and how much time for drying. It’s also pretty quiet. My utility room is just 20 feet from my living room. Only during the final spin can you really hear it. I’ve been very pleased with it so far - have had for about 3 months.
