I just installed and activated a week ago and after the activation they gave an ending date “a year from now” and someone will contact me before the that. As stated no where on box or on their website mention the subscription plan.

When I returned it to the store on Sunday night and was driving home from the store, it still kept e-mailing me that I had lost my WIFI connection. Your Sunday night manager, PETER, promote this man!!!! finally freed us from this awful product....GET IT OUT OF YOUR STORES!!!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Hidden $20 a yr fee The product was easy to setup, I just followed the manual step by step. I tested the response time of setting off the high water level bobber, about 1m and the emails and txts start coming in. One thing that annoyed me is there is a $20 service fee after a trial yr, I find the fee very reasonable in price since the response time is nearly instant. I was surprised thou that it was not noted anywhere on the exterior of the packaging or online about this fee, only after I got it home and unboxed it did I find a small peice of paper noting there was a fee.

I’m not sure if this product required the yearly subscription plan to send out the alert. For now I do recommend this for extra layer of security. If it does does require the yearly plan than don’t wast your money, there’s a lot of product out there that doesn’t required any type of subscription.
