    A:  Yes, there is a price difference from Epoxy Coated to the different types of Stainless Steel fasteners available as well as a difference in the corrosion resistance you would receive from each type of fastener.

      I'm certain these are perfect for my application.
      I built 140 linear feet of pressure treated wood fence, using the best of materials.. Twenty 6x6 PT posts dug 34 inches intot he ground, 2x4x16 PT fence rails, 2x6x16 PT at the bottom.. These stainless 305 screws came up in my serach and I couldn't be happier. Self drilling? YES.. easy to drive? YES Value? YES, I'm sure. The last fence I build lasted 17 years and came through 3 hurricances. This one will outlast me. Overbuilt? YES.... but I can afford to use the best and never worry about it again.
