Is this over true 29 3/4 ? And are there instructions to cover to propane from natural gas included? Home depot will not install this unit so I want to make sure we have everything at the cabin before we ship.

What is the amperage spec for the oven breaker? 30, 40, or 50? The only spec I see for amps is for the range, which would be 15amps

The specifications say "oven process convection/standard." Is the oven only a convection oven? Or can it be "switched" to cook like a standard oven too? I don't want just a convection oven. I want to be able to cook both ways.
