Great product design and quality perfect for a large family to cook meals in. The bottom of this pan is much like a frying pan so you can use this to sear your food after it's fully cooked giving a nice crispy salty flavor with a tender middle. This is much better then the lesser quality pots that don't allow frying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Zavor Zpot pressure cooker is fantastic! So easy to use and so quick! It came with a recipe book that has everything from soups, seafood, meat, and desserts! We first made refried beans because we cook them frequently with pintos, but it takes 3 hrs in a dutch oven. This took 20 minutes!! 10 minutes to cook, 10 minutes to rest! Amazing! And the taste? The same! Delicious. How did I not have one of these sooner. It has a locking lid, once they start cooking, about 2 minutes in , the steam started releasing. This will save so much time in the kitchen. Cannot wait to cook more!

Quality Pressure Cooker!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to write a review about my new pressure cooker because I am so satisfied with everything about it, especially how high quality it is. Let me be honest here, I was hesitant about getting a pressure cooker in general because I’ve heard horror stories - but I know this will never be the case with my new Zavor Zpot. The pot itself, lid, handle and locking mechanism are super sturdy and easy to understand and use. It not only makes average cooking easier but it also opens up so many new opportunities and they even include a recipe book with over 50 ideas! Risotto, cheesecake, soups and chowders, pasta, even a 3 pound chicken. It’s honestly a game changer.

There is a lot to like about the Z Pot 10 Qt. Pressure Cooker. First, it is just a gorgeous sleek and shiny piece of cookware. However, it also has features I like. My main use for a pressure cooker is for canning vegetables like peppers and green beans. I also can pie fillings and pasta sauces. The first thing I notice about the Z Pot 10 Qt. Pressure Cooker is that it is significantly taller than either my larger or smaller Mirro pressure cookers. It is deep enough to use for boiling water canning for high acid products when pressure canning is not required. It is a good choice for use as a stock pot with easy to grip handles. What I don't like so much is that the Z Pot 10 Qt. Pressure Cooker has only a single permanent pressure setting of 15 pounds. There is no "jiggler" that can be turned for 10,15 or 20 pounds. For most pressure cooking that probably isn't a problem. I am also disappointed that it doesn't come with a canning rack. It is also pricey compared with more common brands. Nonetheless, this is nice piece of cookware I am delighted to have in my kitchen.
