Questions & Answers
Have a 36.5 x36.5 base out to out will this fit
Thank you for your question. We cannot confirm compatibility based on the base’s outside dimensions alone. Please contact our Customer Service team at 1-866-839-2888 with the make and model of your existing base so we can review its specifications and help determine whether the enclosure will fit.
What is the difference between OVE Decors Pasadena and the OVE Decors Breeze?
Thank you for your question. There are slight differences between the Pasadena and Breeze shower models. Please call our customer service team at 1-866-839-2888, and we’ll be happy to review the specific models you’re comparing and explain the differences in detail.
I am looking at purchasing the 32x32 square shower pan. Where exactly is the drain located from the pan edge? My drain needs to be 16" from either side.
Hi, The center of the drain is located at 15'' 15/16 from the edge of the pan.
Can i purchase just the shower door
Hi, You can buy as a kit shower and base or just the shower glass.
Is the door reversible
Thank you for your question. Yes, the door is reversible. The fixed glass panel and the sliding door can be installed on either the left or right side, allowing you to configure the shower to best suit your bathroom layout.
What is the height of the shelf on the left wall. That is the wall my plumbing needs to be on.
Although this is shown with the walls, this is just the pan and the door.
For detailed measurements, please call us at 1.866.839.2888
Plywood instead of drywall on the walls? 2x4 instead of doubled up 1x3’s ? Thanks
Thank you for your question. For this shower kit, the installation manual specifies drywall as the wall substrate. If you're installing the OVE acrylic wall panels (Option B), the panels are designed to be adhered to drywall with construction adhesive and supported by the specified double-layer 1x3 wood battens. If you have a unique installation situation, please contact our technical support team at 1-866-839-2888, and we'd be happy to review your project.
What's the thickness of the acrylic walls and floor?
Thank you for your question. The acrylic wall panels are 3 mm thick. The shower base thickness varies by location due to its molded design and is intended to be fully supported by a leveling mortar bed during installation If you have any additional technical questions about the shower kit, please contact our team at 1-866-839-2888 and we'll be happy to assist.
