Since the stainless steel is out of stock, is it possible to change out the blue knobs?
The stainless-steel finish and the blue knobs are part of this model. We don't have an extra knob kit, unfortunately.

There’s no visible difference because both options use the same stainless-steel look. The real difference is the hardware color (standard stainless vs. blue accents), not the main finish.
I used my broil oven for first time, then I tried to use my oven and now it won’t turn on?
The cause might be: the oven is in a safety cool-down mode and needs time to reset, a heat safety sensor or fuse was triggered, or the ignition system needs a reset..If it still doesn’t start after cooling, service support may be needed.
Can you use oven liner
Yes, you can use an oven liner as long as it is placed on the bottom rack, not directly on the oven floor. Doesn’t block the oven vents or flame. Lastly, is heat-safe and designed for gas ovens.
Is Janska the same company as Mueller?
I have read in several locations that the answer to this is YES. However, all these budget "high end" models are actually just made in China at the same location and different names are slapped onto them.
