How does doorbell work

Once it has been installed, you’ll be able to see your doorbell’s live video stream in the Google Home app, speak to visitors with your phone and the doorbell’s microphone, and get notifications to your phone when something happens. Customer review from Google LLC- Avoid placing your camera near objects that can cause overheating like light bulbs, lamps, large equipment/appliances, air vents, etc. Your doorbell needs good air circulation. Never install it in any kind of small box or enclosure as this can cause overheating.

Also, a range issue or wireless interference can affect the performance of your display. It can pass the connection test during setup, but will struggle to stay connected if it’s just a bit too far away. You may also check for objects such as mirrors and refrigerators between the display and your router as these items could block the connection.
