How long is the drainage hose
Hi, thanks for your question! For Model # KTAJE1220X, it came with a 4.92 ft. hose.
I was able to set the humidity level during the initial set-up, and since then the Hum button does nothing when pushed, or held down. How do I change the humidity level after initial set up?
Hi Roscoe, thanks for your question. Please press and hold the "MODE" button until the "Air Supply" indicator light (the first indicator light) goes out, and then press the "HUM" button to set the humidity.
Can this be placed under a bench that is 2’ from a basement wall or should be in an area with more air flow?

How do I connect the pump hose? Is that a plug that needs to be removed or do I just force the tube in?

Can this unit be used in a crawl space using the unit's continuous drainage option to an outside drain?

The continuous drainage option is the way of gravity drainage, and you need to use pump drainage to drain water from basement to outside, thank you for understanding.

how do you empty it
Hi Ronald, thanks for your question! You can either manually empty water with the water bucket or use the included drain hose for continuous drainage.
I plan to install this in my attic with continuous drainage. The hose will run 6ft horizontally, then drop 20ft vertically, draining straight into a basement sump pump. This will require purchasing a new hose. What size (diameter) hose must I purchase?
