About This Product
Replace the motor of a worn-out fan with the Broan-NuTone Genuine C350BNR replacement motor assembly. This is only compatible with the old NuTone model 696N with a housing size of 8 in. X 7.25 in. (manufactured prior to the year 1999). It does NOT work with the 696N-R01, 696N-R02 and 696N-R03 fans with 7.25 in. x 7.5 in. housings. This replacement motor assembly takes 10-minutes or less to install easily snaps into your existing housing, does not require any wiring.

This replacement option will increase your cfm's from 70 to 80 and decrease the sones from 3.5 to 2.5.

Will this fit 678-B / 678F-B?
Thank you for your question regarding model number C350BNR. This part is not compatible with the 678-B model. The correct replacement motor and wheel is the part number BP27R. This doesn't include the motor mounting plate, so the old plate will need to be reused. With this substitute motor and wheel, the current grille may not mount/install correctly. We also recommend replacing the grille with the FG500N or FG600N upgrade grille. Both are compatible with your model.
