Thank you for your question, Carrie. To ensure the safe and individual operation of all three functions (heater, fan, and light), a dedicated 20-amp circuit is required. A switch is not included with the 765H80L itself; however, our compatible [P3RW three-function switch] will operate each function individually and is rated for the load. The heater, at 1300 watts, draws approximately 11 amps, meaning 14-gauge wire is technically adequate for the internal wiring needs; all other functions require much less amperage. The maximum total load of all three functions running simultaneously is just under 15 amps, which is within the requirements for both the switch and 14-gauge wiring. However, this margin is quite close. If a room or vanity light happens to be on the same circuit, the possibility of tripping the circuit breaker increases. Therefore, we strongly advise using 12-gauge wiring from the 20A breaker to the switch box and then transitioning to 14-gauge wire(s) from the switches to the combination fan wires. Please be sure to check and comply with your local electrical codes, as some cities or jurisdictions may require 12-gauge wiring as a minimum for all kitchen and bathroom installations.

Hello Anna, Thank you for your question regarding the 765H80L heater, fan, and light unit. The damper/duct connector is part number S97014185.
Thank you for your question on the 765H80L. The bulb is not included with this model so you can select the brightness level you prefer. The bulb specification is an A19 shape, E26 base LED bulb rated up to 14 watts only.
Thank you for your question on the 765H80L. This model does not have a maximum run. We recommend the shortest straightest run possible. If an elbow is used, we recommend 2' of straight duct before or after any elbow. We do not recommend an elbow right off the housing.
Thank you for your question regarding the 765H80L heater, fan, and light unit. Yes, the exhaust fan portion of this unit needs to be ducted to the outside.
You would install a 3 switch Combo. One switch for lights, one switch for heat one switch for fan
Hello Trevone, Thank you for your question regarding the 765H80L heater, fan, and light unit. The heater, fan, and light functions can be wired to separate wall switches to operate each function individually. When wired this way, you are able to control when the heater is used by the wall switch. This model requires a dedicated 20-amp circuit.
