Q:I have got it installed the system through a local plumber, the installation is good however salt doesn't last more than a week and I don't feel the slippery effect of soft water. How do I make sure if my settings are good and to know system functioning..

        A:  We recommend filling the salt tank around 80 to 120 lbs. and monitor the salt usage one a month. If the salt level goes below 40 lbs, go ahead and fill in another 80 lbs worth of salt.

          Q:The description states that the sediment filter is washable and reusable. The manual says to replace it. I'm assuming it is the replaceable filter. Can you tell me which filter I need to order for replacement? Is it AF-PS-30HFL
