A:  You would probably have to buy a generic sized plate from a place like Home 'Despot'.

A:  Hi Dennis, The handle on this faucet will move forwards and backwards to control the temperature and move in/out to control the volume. Sincerely, Your American Standard Consumer Connection Team

A:  Cannot adjust water temperature, that has ti be done at your water heater. Pressurized can be reduced by adjust the flow at the shut off under the sink. 

A:  Water temperature is controlled by a knob on the hot water tank. Don't know if water pressure can be controlled by the user.

A:  Check to see if the weight that is used to pull down the hose is hitting something under the sink. The weight must be free of obstructions in order to pull the hose back down and retract the spray head.

A:  Is something blocking it from retracting under the sink? The lead weight that pulls it down.must be free to move.

A:  It’s fidgety. If under sink storage obstructs the counterweight that can be the cause. There is a notch in the sprayer head that has to line up with the arm.
