I am putting new hardware in my shower/tub but the previous was kohler and apparently it’s not compatible with what I bought (American standard Rumson item 1005437741). Is RU101 the correct valve? Thanks

Is this valve for shower only?

Hi, after installing this valve I have low pressure and volume to shower head and spout, is there a way to increase the pressure ? The pressure and volume in old shower were good at head and spout and pressure in house is very good in all other faucets

There isn't a way to increase the pressure but there may be a problem with the pressure balance cartridge. This valve is made to fit a wall of 1-3/4" MIN – 2-3/4" MAX.
We have the Times Square trim kit and the RU101 valve. Which cartridge is compatible?
