We recommend reaching out to a pool expert or the manufacturer for more information about how the liner may be affected by our water-based stain. -Lina

A:  Hi there, thanks for the question. When applying the Clear Transparent Waterproofing Stain & Sealer, it should be applied when the surface and air temperature are between 35-90 degrees. There only needs to be 1 hour of dry time between coats and can be exposed to rain after having at least 4 hours of dry time. I hope this helps on when you should apply each coat.
