A:  From Home Depot product page: August 21, 2017 The shelf life we can guarantee for our products is 2 years unopened. Anything beyond that may not perform as expected. Storing it in a temperature-controlled space is important, and be sure to stir it very well before applying it. If the consistency seems off, you will need to purchase more product.

A:  NO it is crap do not buy it fails and all your work will be for nothing. If it gets scratched less than the size of a dime the area around the scratch will lift , 4inches by 12 inches

We don’t recommend our floor products in heavy commercial/industrial settings that get a lot of vehicle/foot traffic, like warehouses, restaurants or large stores. A:  Hello robin, Great question. Yes, our DeckOVer can be applied on Trex decking. We would just recommend cleaning the surface with our No. 63 Cleaner before applying our product. Best regards, Kevin
