Q:I'm wondering if is $139 for a set of 3 nested? I went to a local Home Depot and I saw 3 tanks are nested (the largest one is outside and the smallest one is inside)

A:  The price is per tank. I have several of these in use as raised planters. When buying I had the associate get me the center tank from each of three sets as I wanted all of my tanks to match. The inner tank is much smaller than the outer.

    A:  A cordless drill does just fine. Use a good bit, and I found it easier to drill drainage holes with the tank sitting upright on grass. Using the resistance of the ground made the drilling easier for me.
