    A:  No it does not come with a wall plug. A USB cable is included but not an adapter to plug it into, you must purchase that separately. And it must be a DC 5v 2A adapter or the lights won't work or they will not stay lite more than 15 minutes.

      A:  In the Product Detail section on this website it says, ? It has 2 power options (USB or AC power plug) and can save up to 30%-50% power.? You didn?t read far enough.
