A:  Hello Tom, Unfortunately, the Bona Applicator Pad has been discontinued. HOWEVER you can also use a new dedicated Bona Microfiber Cleaning Pad to apply Bona Polishes. You will want to keep the pad damp with Polish to help reduce streaking. You will love our Bona Hardwood Floor Polish on your floor, as long as your floor is sealed or finished, and unwaxed or unoiled. Surfaces should be sealed including the grout lines, unsealed stone or grout lines may cause staining. Bona Floor Polishes’ urethane-acrylic blend evens out the floor's appearance, restores the shine and provides a durable wear layer for protection. Bona Polishes may also be used to fill in minor scratches and to even out the sheen of a floor. It is not recoatable with polyurethane finishes or Bona Refresher. Use every 2-4 months to keep floors looking their best. We offer two types of polishes for hardwood floors and one for stone, tile and laminate floors. The Bona Hardwood Floor Polish comes in a High Gloss and Low Gloss and the Bona Stone, Tile and Laminate Floor Polish comes in a High Gloss. The High Gloss Hardwood Floor Polish has a slightly lower sheen than the Stone, Tile and Laminate Floor Polish and the Low Gloss Hardwood Floor Polish will put a matte or satin sheen on your floor. Always refer to the instructions before using the Polish and be sure to do a test area before coating the entire floor. A:  Hi Nana, Below please find the washing instructions for Microfiber Pads: - Wash pad in warm or hot cycle with plain detergent. - Air or tumble dry pad on low. - DO NOT use bleach, fabric softener or dryer sheets. - DO NOT wash with other cleaning rags/pads that have other cleaners on them. A:  Hello Catbone, Yes, the Microfiber 3 Pack has three different pads included, the Microfiber Cleaning Pad, the Microfiber Dusting Pad and the Microfiber Deep Cleaning Pad.
