A:  The controls for adjusting the temperature of the water are situated at the rear of the device. You have the flexibility to switch off the heating function while still being able to utilize the dispenser. During this period, instead of hot, the dispenser would distribute water at room temperature. Once you reactivate the heating option, it will resume dispensing hot water.

A:  Unfortunately, the nozzles do not come off, however we do have our cleaning instructions located on our Briowater.com site.

A:  The electric cord is about 72 inches in length.

A:  You need electricity so the water can be pumped up through the bottle probe you put into the water bottle. You have an option of using hot, room temperature, or cold water. Regardless if you do not want hot or cold water you still need electricity in order for the machine to do what it does.

A:  Dear Customer, Thank you for your recent inquiry with The Home Depot regarding the Brio Essential Tri-Temp Bottom-Load Water Cooler in Black and Brush Stainless-Steel. This item does not require an additional pump. You may use a 3 or 5 gallon bottle with a screw or crown cap. The stem that goes into the bottle does not need to push onto it, it just sits flush on the top of the bottle so either one will work.
