      A:  The Brondell Revive effective coverage area is - for regular residential use: 627.5 sq. ft. (3 Air Changes Per Hour) or allergy sufferers use: 376.5 sq. ft. (5 Air Changes Per Hour).

        Q:We have had/used this Brondell for almost 3 months, in a 12x10 room. The air purifier seems to work well, as we are constantly vacuuming the dust from the filters :). The only ongoing issue we have is that the water filter seems to dry out (top half) and the humidifier stops working. We have to rotate the filter so it's wet on both top/bottom. We have tried to clean it several times, but it just eventually dries out and we repeat the process quite often. Any suggestions?

        A:  Through proper cleaning of the humidifier filter, this should prevent the filter from drying out. I will provide a link below to the owners manual for this Air Purifier.             Q:Please tell me what all of the different filters for and how often do they need to be replaced? Are all of them required? I also would like to know how long does the humidifier run once filled?.

            A:  The Active Carbon filter and the two True HEPA filters needs to be replaced every 12 months and the specialized filter for the humidifier needs to be changed every four. The humidifier will run automatically based on what level you have set or on a timer because of this the time it takes to drain the 3.5L tank will vary.

              Q:I live in Texas where there is already a lot of humidity in the air. Can I turn off the humidifyer part? What does it do when the room already has plenty of humidity? Isin't humidity bad in a room. I know they say to keep portraits and photgraphs away from humidity. Why would I want to bring humidity in my room?

              A:  The humidifier of this product is an optional feature. This will work as a normal air purifier if you do not fill the water tank of the humidifier. Humidifiers add a light amount of moisture to the air and this can treat things like dryness of the skin, nose, throat, and more. Humidifiers are unlikely to cause damage to furniture unless the home/area is already humid. If you are not looking for a humidifier I would recommend one of our other products like the Brondell Halo or the Horizon.
