A:  No, we don't package the power cord with our electric, dual fuel free-standing or slide-in ranges. It's not possible to determine the type of facilities each consumer has available or what the local electrical codes require (ex. 3-wire vs 4-wire). To our knowledge none of the appliance manufacturers supply a cord set with ranges. Again, this is due to variations in electrical codes across the country.

A:  Hello! We appreciate you choosing Café Appliances and would love to help. This CSB923P2NS1 model is a 2 in 1 (or 5 in 1) unit. It works as a convection oven, microwave, toaster oven, warming/proofing oven and Precision Cook Oven with Advantium Technology. A:  Hello - We appreciate you choosing Café appliances. Great question! If installing the Advantium Built-In Oven with an accessory storage drawer, the bottom trim is not required. To ensure optimal use, we tested this product with the trim present, thus we advise you to maintain it in place during installation. The CSB923P2NS1 model requires a 240 V connection and the CSB913P3ND1 requires a 120 V connection, this is how we've tested and approved both of these models for proper installation and usage.
