A:  Does your 'U' shaped room have walls all around? The long shelves have holsters that are screwed into the wall. If you don't have walls for the shelf holsters to screw into the shelves will not be stable.

A:  Regarding your inquiry, yes you can install 3 of this kit to form a U-shaped closet, since each unit only occupies/covers one wall side.

A:  Yes. You would have to choose one side layout (either the left with two hangers or the right with one hanger and shoe sorters and then the 5 'middle' small shelves) and cut the big shelves shorter to make it fit, so another size would probably be more effective.

A:  Regarding your inquiry, this kit is designed for closets that are 5'-8' wide. For measurements in between, you may have to do some cutting on some of the shelves, and make necessary adjustments on the spacing of the other component parts (vertical poles).
