A:  Thank you for your interest in Danco products and for your inquiry. Danco model number 88874 is designed to fit Toto power toilets with a 3” flush valve opening. Unfortunately, Danco does not offer a direct replacement for Toto THU500S.

A:  I have used the flapper in three different Toto models. I don't have access to the model #'s. I installed them at my daughters. The original 3" Toto flappers were leaking and this solved the problem. I took a flyer on one - because is was less expensive. It worked well so I purchased 3 more - one for backup.

A:  Yes, it should fit.. (I don't own a model ST743S, but I am knowledgeable enough to say I'm 99% sure)

If you look at the bottom of the product picture there are two options you can choose to purchase the products. 1) Free Pickup in Store - You can choose different stores and see if that store carries it or not. If they do not carry it then Home Depot will ship it to the store for you. And 2) You can have it shipped to you. Free shipping is available from Home Depot with a purchase of $45 or more. A:  Thank you for your interest in Danco products. We were unable to find specifications for the Toto CST743s. This flapper is designed for Toto power toilets with a 3 flush valve. If that's what you have, it should work.
