The DAP Plastic Wood All-Purpose Wood Filler is specifically designed and recommended for use as a wood repair filler on minor/cosmetic repairs. DAP does not recommend this product or other similar wood filler products we offer for large or deep wood rot repair applications. For these type of more extensive/complex repairs, the use of two component wood repair epoxies and their accessory primers would be recommended.
