Q:Was this supposed to come with stabilizing straws and clips included? Mine did not, but I see other reviews commenting about the stabilizing straws helping to keep unit centered in bird tub.

Q:I was unable to attach the stabilizing tubes. Not sure what to do. The water pump is working but is floating around the bird bath. I can weigh it down with some pebbles but would like to use the tubes.
