Q:I ask dumb questions too. Is this pin nail a Pneumatic type? Does that mean I have to buy some sort of air pressure device to go with it? Or is it automatically part of the tool? I am an amateur DYIer!

A: I have know idea what your question means. It’s not an AR15 or a 22 pistol it’s a nail gun used for nailing things like molding around a room ceiling or baseboards. It is also an excellent tool for making small projects like small decorative boxes or cabinet making.
Are you aware that this tool requires an air compressor to operate ?
From your question I’m thinking you are new to wood working. I encourage you to keep trying to learn more, it’s a wonderful hobby and a way to save tons of money.
Also the use of 2” nails needs to be thought out before use. A small box or picture frame WAY too long, but for that molding a good choice.
Good luck.
