A: William, Thank you for your question. The mirror is engineered and manufactured to mount vertically only. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Best, Customer Care Team

A: I don't see any reason why you couldn't
by|Dec 30, 2022
A: No. The mounting points are fixed to the mirror for the vertical install. If you did install it horizontal, the hardware would be top and bottom and the mirror would then tilt side to side.

Q:Is there a way to install this mirror so it doesn't tilt? I need one that stands off the wall far like this, but I don't want the tilting function that people seem to be having issues with.

A: The only thing that comes to mind would be to insert a thin piece of metal( e.g. aluminum foil) to wedge the pins into the vertical position.

A: You should look into the mirror/picture hanging hardware available at Home Depot to find a possible solution to bringing the mirror closer to the wall. However, the existing mounting bar and side pins would need to be removed or modified to suit your needs. We purchased our mirror to clear bullnose tile that topped stone wall tile in our bathroom.
