Q:when on water runs to back of faucet causing a mess. we have had this faucet since early 2023

I first recommend using the included wrench to remove and clean the aerator. Run the water for two minutes to flush the faucet.

Non-metallic products are beneficial in that they do not rust or corrode and help prevent heat transfer. We also have a Limited Warranty on all parts and finish. Q:Faucet has developed a drip that runs back down the faucet since its on an incline, towards the back of sink and floods my bathroom if left unattended. What needs to be replaced or repaired? Was Installed 4 years ago.

A: Hello! Thank you for your question! This is not a faucet we would recommend to be used as a roman tub due to the lower flow rate. We recommend you install actual roman tub trim onto your tub.

Q:HD counter top has holes set back a bit, and if straight down, it would be only 1" off the back of the basin.
