A:  I went to my local store and had it assembled.

A:  I don't know - it's been a while since I bought this one. I do remember that the directions were adequate for the typical DIYer. I would suggest transporting it in the box instead of assembled, though.

A:  The cover needs no assembly. It comes folded in a somewhat thin box. When you take it out of the box let it "breathe" a bit and when you put the cover on it will most likely take two people to put it on and take it off (unless you are a 7' basketball player).

A:  Ask the service desk. It will probably cost $100 to assemble but I recall it was fairly straightforward.

A:  I don't know. It does fit on my DGA480SSN-D which is 52.75" wide. The cove is also heavy duty.

A:  My grill is the 4 burner with a fifth burner on the side. It fits that one.

A:  I don't think this would fit a five burner grill it is very tight on the 4 burner grill.

A:  I would be suspect if it does fit the 5 burner. I have a 4 burner and it is very tight going on and off.

A:  My grill is 52.75" wide and it fits easily. Any cover you do buy I would tape over the corners.

A:  It will absolutely wear and damage the cover over time. The sun will eventually make the cover brittle to further increase the potential for tear.
